Here's what worked, and what didn't
The bed was comfortable and the hotel was a quiet overnight option. The breakfast was good even if I missed it this time!
Maintenance issues plagued my stay, with an unreliable toilet and poor electrical outlets somewhat annoying. The customer service needed improvement too.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I experienced persistent issues with the WiFi, which worked intermittently. I reached out to support but was met with an unhelpful response, and my concerns went unaddressed. The room had stains on some towels.

I loved there breakfast, had a wonderful variety. The pool was on the small size but was perfect for those traveling with children. The hot tub was nice as well so pack your bathing suit. The bed was soft but then again I like my bed soft.
I have really bad allergies so the carpet could have been deep clean. However, someone with regular allergies may not have notice.

Couldn't recommend more for a little getaway
Comfortable room, convenient location, with nice beds and a breakfast that included hot eggs and sausage, yogurt cups, and real juice, just right for starting the day before heading out to explore the city with free parking available.
Couldn't fault.

The beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.It is very quiet .
We attended a concert and got back to the hotel around 12 a.m. We were starving and there was,not anything open so we ordered pizza.Nothing to do with the hotel but Inwished there was a late night option for food.

We visited the Experience Music Project and the Chihuly Garden and Glass. The location was perfect and easy to explore around. Rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly. Would recommend for group trips!
The breakfast selection could be improved. It lacked variety and quality.
